Can these be refinished? Mine are corroding and whatever plastic like coating is peeling off.

It can be done. What you see peeling of is the clear coat they use to protect the wheels. You woul have to clean all the corrosion up and buff them out and reclear coat.

Or you can have them powder coated or rattle can them yourself another color...
