02 edge foglight bracket
 

When I got my truck it was missing one fog light and I got a new light but apparently there is a bracket that holds it to the bumper. I have tried searching but I'm not really finding much. The dealer told me it is one piece that is $118.....um I know I should be able to find one cheaper point me in the right way and I will be very grateful.

Or search ebay and just buy one that has the bracket like so

01-03's don't have a mounting bracket.... it's a flange that's built into the valence itself. The fog light has bracketry built into it as well.....and if you're getting a foglight that doesn't have bracketry built in, it isn't for a 01-03 Ranger.

Picture posted above by STL is the exact foglight found on 01-03's.

I think he's talking about the valance bracket that's built in. The fog light attaches to it. Mine is missing too? so do you have to replace the entire valance?

do you guys mind posting pics? it's molded into the valence. I don't see it not being there unless someone took a knife to it.

here"s the pics you'll notice the fog light bolts to a plastic trim mount that I believe is part of the valance? On mine the trim mount must have been taken off by whatever took the light out? rock, hubcap squirrel??

pic 3 shows the bracket that's molded to the valence. the other pics sorta suck. i may go out and pop out a fog light off my valence and show ya what it's supposed to look like.

Hey a photographer I'm NOT! Bottom line the piece the fog light bolts to IS part of the valance so if that's missing you have to get a new valance? Correct?:banghead:
