It is. Your camera was on ISO 1600 when you took the photo. The grain shows up more on the pic I did because I lightened the color of your truck.

I found a new way to blur out my license plate, I never liked just blocking it out. I think this looks better:

Think Ill print & frame this.

Made it look like a sketch. Did a little HDR, Then colored pencil sketch, then much tweaking..

very nice - you should print and frame. I would go at least 11x14 but a 16x20 would be sweet.
