 Photography contest.
Just curious, I know we have a photoshot contest for our trucks but i was wondering if we could also have one for just photography like one week have a contest for how we communicate and then someone take a picture of someone reading the news paper. Run it as someone would run the snapshot contest for our trucks. If ya'll need help runing this i would be more than happy to help out.

Do you think Tom would let us do someting like this. Maybe have the voting thread open for 2 weeks and the contest open for two weeks

Considering that we've only had two users post photography photos in the past month or so I'm not sure how you guys expect this to work out. I'm going to say no until we get some more photography activity. Until then, feel free to post a thread where you show off a picture you took of a subject, and ask people to post their photographic interpretation of the same subject. If enough people enjoy the concept they will participate, and once the photography shows true activity we can discuss having routine contests.

I have all but quit posting any of my work here. I don't know how many SLR users there are here, but I have a point and shoot I use regularly, too. It's not the equipment that makes great images, it's the person using it. So if this takes off, I'd contribute.
