Thanks dont know if u can tell, but in the second one my buddie was taking a pic of something and his camera was in the way in the bottom left corner

I had a tripod from wally world it was a very nice one. I got one off woot.com for 5 dollars plus 5 shipping. Come to find out it is a 50 dollar tripod. Here is the one I got on ebay PLATINUM PLUS 5200D Tripod

If you're just mounting a point-and-shoot camera, you can get by with those cheap tripods. But as a serious photographer speaking from experience, you get what you pay for. For anyone thinking "whats the big deal? It's just legs!" then the cheapies will be perfect for you.

But for serious SLR users, a solid, quality 'pod is invaluable.

Any camera with the threaded hole on the bottom will fit on a tripod.
