I had a lot of fun out there even though it was a really busy weekend. We went riding for an hour or so only mostly because on of my friend Mike borrowed my friend Matt's quad but it had no tail light and the registration wasn't current. He got a nice $210 ticket for that. We stayed on my buddy's property out there. Its just down the street from the dunes but it is way better than staying on the dunes. No idiot bros almost crashing into you because they are drunk and no waking up at 2am because some guy blasted by your tent or trailer. I didn't get many pics because I didn't bring my camera most of the time. I got there Saturday night and we went riding. That night we burned a Christmas tree in the fire pit and roasted some marshmallows. Sunday morning we drove to Yuma for a Cracker Barrel breakfast. All I'm going to say is that I hate you all that have Cracker Barrel restaurants in their states. LOL. We got back and went shooting for a bit with the 22. 2 guys went hunting and got two doves. Then we went wheeling a bit in Mike's Ranger. We hung out a bit with the neighbors and came home.

Wind generators off of the I-10
The yota with the quad in the bed. I must say it did great on the highway. I'm still getting used to not shifting my own gears
Some shots of the sky during the sunset. I need a better camera
Pics of the Baja Bugs and other toys
The moon was out and it has a "ring" around it. I'm guessing moisture
The turtle we found
Cracker Barrel. I had the sampler with mac & cheese, hashbrown casserole and mashed potatoes for sides.
Pics at the bombing range
Finally the kids(not mine) offroading in their toys. I'm surprised they got up that far on my ramp
Sorry for some of the crappy pics. I try to play with the settings on the camera but I end up messing the pics up. Also some are off of my cell.

I didn't really wheel the truck. I drove out in the sand and the dirt roads around the campsite but that's it. It drove fine in the deep sand even with the crappy stock BFG Rugged Trails. I did find out that the stability control is a nagging little bitch when you try to have fun. I went around a corner a little fast because I wanted the back end out but all that happened was a loud beeping went off and the truck straightened out. Thank Toyota for the off switch.
Hey Alan. You working yet? I bet that kid has a job. LOL
