I think it's a nice shot. I feel a little tighter crop would look better.
 I don't know if you cropped any off the bottom, but I think it would be even better with a little more foreground.

i didnt crop it at all. there was a bridge there and i couldnt get anymore foreground. i wish i could have. i really wanted to.
 what do you think of the editing? perhaps a little to much?

Not sure on the editing. I know I could pull more detail out of it. But I'd have to play arround with it.
---------- I would go back & reshoot it from different angles to see what works the best for composition

I like the zoomed out one where you get more of the waterfall on the right.

i like its composition. i took a few other angles and this is the one that i feel worked out the best. it gets the large waterfall on the left, all the little ones on top, and the one on the right. i would have liked to have gotten more of the pond but like i said that ugly bridge was in the way.
heres the original if youd like to give it a try. i mainly just fiddle around with the color balance until i think it looks cool.  and this is one of my less edited edits.
