The Deadlift Area in my Gym Metroflex Fitness in Euless,Tx...I was taking a break and thought it might be a cool shot ..I carry my camera everywhere I go, so dug it out my bag and sat on the floor .. :-)

That's what I was thinking. Probably could get a faster frame rate using continous shot with JPEG setting.

That is a wicked pic, good to know you are safe STL. I wish I was able to get one pic of the twister that went through Casper, Wyoming while I was down there the summer of 09. I want to move back to Washington, we get rain, rain, the occasional flood, mudslide, snow in the mountains, earthquakes, and the rare volcano. That's pretty easy to deal with in my opinion lol

Thanks for posting those pics Mykhael. Didn't really know what to expect behind the bearing dust cap besides bearings and races.

I am in the process of making a how to.

Funny you say something about the races. Mine were still the factory bearings. There were no races in there. Yet the new ones came with them. The ford shop manual says nothing about races either.
