Re: Picture of the Day!
My entry to the picture of the day.
This is a picture of a Torque Converter Control solenoid in a 5R55E automatic transmission. As you can see, two areas of the picture have been circled. The upper left circle is of where there should be a bolt holding the TCC solenoid, but as you can see, there is no bolt. I did not remove the bolt myself, it has been gone since before I bought the truck. In the second circle, you can see that the tab used as a secondary means of holding in the TCC, is broken halfway off of the Solenoid bracket. Both of these problems combine mean that my TCC is floating in it's bore, and hanging by the wiring connector. The TCC was actually halfway out of it's bore, so I had to push it back in to the bore.
This is more than likely what caused my TCC Stuck Off Code, as well as my severe T/C Lockup issue. Just two very small problems made my truck run like absolute garbage.

Very nice pic dude! What kind of camera do you use? Would be cool if you had a circular polarized filter for your lens.

Amazing! Do you have a link to all of your insect photography? You should submit your photos to either
