It's a 3 car garage with 10 foot walls and 9 foot doors.
I would have went bigger by being landlocked, I had permability issues.
I heat it during the winter at about 55 F.
I can pump up the heat to 80 F inside when it's 0 F outside.
I added foam insulation panels between the studs and some foam sheathing for the ceiling.
The 9 foot doors are Cloypay and insulated.
It's great to be able to work in the garage in the winter or having a party when it's cold outside!
The garage has a alarm system and is video surlavenced even thought I'm in a good neighborhood.
Looking from the alley, no way to break in and an extra parking spot in back keeps the driveway free.
My driveway runs from the front on the houses busy street to a alley so I don't have to back out anywhere. This finished the party patio in the fall of 2009.
A few pics from a Fall Fling Mustang Party....
The Interior!
..and, of course, our Ranger get a prime spot all year round
Some of my future plans include a 4 post lift, a checkered tile floor, a clear curtain door covers and a mini split AC system for summer time cooling.

Just because of all these pictures of those yellow cars I may have to go down to my uncles garage and take some pictures of some real cars. Not trying to hate on Fords but when it comes to Ford Mustangs compared to a certain chevy sports car lets say a Corvette Ill tak the chevy any day. 4 garages full of nothing but them. But the garage looks nice lol

Re: Your Garage!
The biggest thing most people can do to improve there garage is clean it. Get rid of the clutter and garbage and even a tiny garage can be awesome and functional.

Re: Your Garage!
Most of the time, our garage use to park our cars and keep safe our vehicles. I suggest why don't you put a cabinet in your garage and put your things to wide your space?

Re: Your Garage!
I guess I'll play. The Ranger takes up half.
this is the other half. When everything's together.
Nothing fancy or nice but it's a lot better then anything I've had before.
