Yeah. Whenever ford makes a racing car/engine they have to put limits to engine capabilities because they are too damn powerful and others get butt hurt. Like in NASCAR ford introduced the 427 cammer that dominated and then Chrysler bitched and NASCAR banned the use of that engine.

Probably from a collector or a auction like barrett jackson or the like. Those were made back in the mid 80's.
