All are nice shot but do you ask what we think in general or what we think in terms improving your photos?

In general I like #2 the best.

Both really! If you see spots for improvement then defiantly tell me.

I'll be glad to. Likewise I would appreciate others to comment my photos for improvement as well.
Keep in mind that these are just comments. If they are useful to you then great, if not then no problem. Everyone see's pictures differently.

Photo #1
If possible I would have moved a few feet up the road just past the two trees on the right, then take the shot. That is provided that the road is long and straight. To me this would add to the sense of isolation this image gives.

In post processing I would level the horizon so it isn't slanted. Are you using any program for post processing?

Photo #2
My favorite!
The foreground is a little dark. In post processing I would level the horizon more and add shadow protection or active d lighting to lighten up the road area. This would help bring out some of the road details more without looking strange. With your permission I can adjust the image and post it up if you like.

Photo #5
It would have been fun if you had a "ND" (neutral density) on your lens. You would have to have a tripod to take the shot though but the ND filter would have enabled you to blur the water even more thus giving you a more fan like appearance. The ND filters are great for taking pictures of waterfalls as well.

Photo #6
A neat shot with the "lights on" of the bird house! The 18 wheeler distracts me away from you main subject, the bird house. Ignore if that was your 18 wheeler in the picture.

Photo #7
Like the sunburst through the tree! Here a starlight or sunburst filter on your camera would have helped here. It would possibly eliminate the red/green lens flare just above the sun.

Photography is lots of fun so keep shooting and posting your photos!

Defiantly tons of thanks the road one I had the same idea but if i went past or close to the trees it shows a stop sign. Kinda turned me off you know? And as far as lenses I would love to have more but it's a school borrowed camera. I'm taking a class for it.
