Default 3.0l problem

Gday All,

I have the 3.0l diesel in my ranger, and long story short, the timing belt broke. I have repaired the damage to the valve gear, and fitted a new timing belt kit, but the engine wont start. It shows a fault code P0340 which says Cam senser fault, replaced with a new semser but still wont start.

Anyone had this issue and what other things can stop the engine from starting, it just cranks and cranks and cranks.

Any suggestions would be great.

Many thanks Bulletman
