I was wonderin if anyone new what i would all need to make my 89 2.3 ranger turbo?

Your best bet would be start with a turbo engine and management from a car that already has it. One being like a '88 Turbo Coupe or I believe SVT Mustangs may have had them. It's just not very practical to try and adapt a home brewed turbo system, when the same engine has been turboed in another factory application. All of the hard stuff is already done, drop it in, wire it up, and go .
