UPDATE: I REPLACED MY FUEL PUMP RELAY, NOW THE TRUCK STARTS ON THE SECOND CRANK, BUT THE FIRST IS STILL HAVING TURN OVER BUT WONT START

Alright guys here are my problems

I changed out my stock fuel pump because the fuel sending unit was out.
I purchased a airtex one from Advance Auto on july 21.

Right now my truck is not starting, but is turning over, i hear the starter clicking but it refuse to start up, after like cranking it 10 times it started, i headed to advance auto to test the starter/alternator/battery, they said this is a fuel related issue, which lead me to think the Airtex fuel pump went out on me already after 2 short weeks.

So my question is, is it really the FUEL PUMP? Also after a numerous of cranking time and it starts, the car drive perfectly fine, until i turn it off, then i will not be able to start it.


SECOND:

I just replaced my master cylinder, calipers, rotors, pads.
And i have this "ABS" light on, and usually shortly after start up, i feel the brake pedal is giving me this weird feeling, and it makes a odd noise....

One of my local shop is saying one of the rotor is bad, the ring with teeths on the back is messed up, causing the sensor not able to pick up speed.

Could the "weird feeling and odd noise" caused by the ABS light?
Is it the rotor that is messed up or the master cylinder?

This is a oem ford master cylinder btw
