Default Whats the deal with hho???????

Alright guys...i really wanna know...does HHO really work? the idea being that you get water in a jar...add electrical probes into the water...give it a current to run through the water and hydrogen gas will be released from the water and you route this gas into your air intake and it sopposivly helps your truck run smoother and more efficient...any one have any say on this stuff?

It works in theory. But doesn't work well in real world applications. Also puts one heck of a load on your battery & alternator.

You will get a lot of opinions on this subject.

Popular mechanics tested this theory and saw no change in injector duty cycle (eg, no fuel savings).

There is no free lunch.

No. Its a perpetual motion scam.

Electrolysis is VERY inefficient, the power it takes to make hydrogen is more than the hydrogen itself contains. If those HHO devices actually worked we wouldn't need oil.
