Both times I did it it was WOT (Wide Open Throttle)
When I did the intake swap I noticed that the throttle body was gunked up so I cleaned it up I'm thinking that the intake was clogged somewhere so the engine wasn't getting enough air, I can't explain why it revs higher in WOT now but I like it as it always seemed to shift too soon...
