Default Cold causing leaks?

I noticed on my way out this morning a small amount of fluid under the ranger. We've had near record cold (-10 Deg F), and I'm wondering if this is causing a seal somewhere to suffer and leak. As best I can tell the fluid was color and odorless, so my fear is that it is water and perhaps the previous owner refilled the radiator at a bad ratio or something. I'll post a picture later of where it is coming from. I also threw some snow down to see if I can figure out what color it might be. I'll peak at the antifreeze and hope it isn't frozen as well.

Had anyone else experienced this?

Fluid is coming from this location and is orange (antifreeze I think). Any ideas? I don't see any fluid up higher but haven't been able to get under the hood yet.

You have no info on what year hour truck is but antifreeze should be green for a older ranger(1990s) and yellow after that. Never orange which is gm stuff which is hard on head gaskets and seals used in ford products. Your power steering should be red. Would smell fluids and compare to the locations i mentioned. Antifreeze should be checked once a year before cold weather hits.

Sorry 99 3.0. It is green antifreeze, coming from a short, large diameter Y shaped radiator hose connector above the steering rack biased towards the drivers side. I pulled it in the garage tonight and cleaned things up. Going to check tomorrow to see if it persists.

Looks like it is the lower radiator hose tee.

UPDATE: lower radiator hose was leaking at he junction. Pulled into garage which is just under 40 degrees F, and pulled radiator cap to check level (cold engine). Coolant immediately began running out. Waited 3 hours or so to let things warm up a little. Took cap off, fluid ran out again almost immediately. Why would a cold system be pressurized? Blocked hose somewhere? Ice in the system?

I started the truck long enough to maneuver a wonky K turn into the garage, everything seemed normal.
