lol sounds like they didnt want to do the warranty work. I know when I use to work at the dealer lots of techs 'wouldnt' hear things due to getting f'd in hours

Yeah I hear ya. Where I am at now I love it. They treat me well so overall I dont have any complaints. The biggest issue is they take forever for milage checks but its not a big deal.
Unfortunately, the dealership I worked for would rather hire someone from jiffylube and pay them 10 bux and hr than to keep and pay for better techs. And this was a higher end brand as well. They charged 140/hr to the customer and the average the techs made was 14/hr

hahaha yeah. luckily for me, when I did side jobs, I could charge half of what they charge and still make a butt load of cash.
one time an es300 needed brakes bad (metal on metal). I believe it was 550 an axle including parts/labor at the dealer. I charged 550 for both including parts lol
