I did. Didn't do anything. He was completely tanked the night of the accident. I went up to him a few days later, he told me that he didn't do anything wrong.

I admit what I did wasn't the right thing to do, but I was pissed off because I had to pay for it and he got off scotch free.

I didn't fuck up the first set. I simply let air out of all four to they were completely flat. He could have just put air in them. The second, wasn't entirely my idea. Nor was it on my hands, a friend who also hated the guy (side-swiped said friends mother) and took off. He did the second.
