Thing is. The landlord is Ryan's mother.
And our lease was made up saying how much we would pay each month, our rights, that our dogs are allowed here, that we are allowed to work on our vehicles. She cannot stop by unannounced, which she does anyway... She just came in and told us she's letting the house go and that's that.
