Default Look at this monster....

This car is not a Ford, but it's one of the most popular vehicles of all time in the hotrod world:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3EaC...ture=fvwp&NR=1

There's nothing more than you can do to the engine on this one because he's done everything that you can do to an engine. A supercharger, twin turbos and a 200 hp shot of nitrous on top of that. It's a 1969 Chevy Camaro with Porsche Red paint. I have a tough time believing that the paint is 10 years old.

Total trailer queen, that car has such nice 10 year old paint because it sits undercover in a garage 90% of the time

Trailer queen or not, that's one of the coolest cars I've seen. It's like a real life HotWheels car. Only thing I'd change is the steering wheel.

How are you supposed to see where you're going, the engine obstructs the driver's view!

Well the local carshow was a bust. Rain pretty much prevented anything showing up. Good points guys. If I'm going to modify or build something, you can bet I'll drive the crap out of it. It's still a pretty kool car to own though. Alot of people would still be happy to own this beast.

"Everyone wishes they had a car like this". No I don't. Nothing special about it to me. Just another hacked up classic Camaro going to waste. Complete waste of money. If I saw that in person I'd laugh in the guys face and tell him how big of an idiot he is.

Twin turbos and a supercharger and he's only running 14lbs of boost? What a waste. I would DD it if I spent the money to build it but that's just me. He looked offeneded when asked if he's ever made a run with it. Thats just a disgusting waste. That's just like the lifted diesels I see constantly that have a $3k-$4 k lift on them (4 linked, fox/king shocks etc) and they refuse to take them off road. Why build it a specific way when you will never use it. Those car shows he goes to should make him run it down the 1/4 before judging it. Anybody with money can build it. But a real car person would run the piss out of it (the way it was intended) and fix it when it breaks. Idk just my ranting opinion. Its not my money

That was not what I was refering to. I was refering to the fact that he has the priveledge of getting to do what he wanted to with a car in general. I just posted the car up because I've yet to see someone spend that kind of money on an engine just to look at it. But yeah I have no doubt that you would laugh in his face. He also seems to have the attitude like he's better than everyone else, when he's clearly not.

If I was going to build a vehicle you can pretty much guarantee anyone that I'll drive it. My philosphy is if you're going to build it drive it. Alot of these carshow people get on my nerves really bad. They'll polish a body section for hours if a small drop of water hits it which is really stupid. A local car club really showed their true colors this past saturday. They left and used the rain as an excuse because they didn't get a discount off the entry fee for the carshow.
