How is it hell? I've run it through lots of older trucks, and never seen an issue...

lol my buddie had his tractor running backwards a couple of times, tried to winch way too big a tree for that little engine to handle. i also got to see one of those old 2 stroke detroits "run away", now THAT was scary!

that's what my buddie says too, says there is less lubrication in the fuel.

the major issue i've seen with the low sulfur fuel is algae growing in the fuel and clogging up fuel filters and lines. you gotta run some algae eater through it every so often to break it up.

Before people would sign off on it, they had to replace the lubricity that the sulfur offered in the diesel. There is no difference in the lubrication supposedly

lol like i said that's just what my buddie tells me. i havin't seen any issues with the lubricity of the fuel making engines fly apart or anything, only problem i've seen is with the algae growth making them not run. they had big problems with that at the company my dad works for a while back, finally he cut open one of the fuel filters and it was clogged with algae, along with all the lines.

That is a problem with where your Dad works, you gotta stir that shit around more often, and use more of it, and add the algae killer lol It takes 6 months plus for that shit to start growing.
