My verizon phone was not smart and did not use a sim card so I had to get a Net10 phone. I picked up a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim with a $50 unlimited card on eBay for the price of the phone itself ($170 ish). It is an older version of Android and there is no 3G but I have never had a problem with it.

If your current verizion phone uses a sim card (my work phone does) then I think you should be able to use it. Heck you can keep your same number and everything if you wanted to.

AT&T,, great service and speed, get service everywhere, out in the open road and shit. And service abroad is excellent as well. I'm a loyal AT&T customer.

Verizon. It cost a little more but no one can touch them as far as speed and reliability.

Verizon.... I've had them for over 10 years and have traveled all over this country and only 2 places that I don't get service... not to mention they're an amazing company to work for.
