Off Road Lawnmower
I have made one before, but what do you think is the ideal off road lawn mower base?

I'd go with an older cub cadet or one with driveshaft, I got a John Deere with 14hp Kohler on it.

Um....all lawn mowers are off road lawn mowers....that is where the grass is.
I know what you mean though. People race them so why not put some sort of lift on them.
