Default Z-max

So has anyone tried z max in your truck? I have a 94 b-series and I was going to run it through but kinda want to get your opinion. I don't want to run something through my truck and jeopardize my work truck.

I used it in my truck about 10k miles ago and its still running great it seemed to run alittle smoother after i ran it through and i did it after a fresh oil change but there was no harm done.

I try to stay away from additives because some of them can be harmful to an engine. The only ones that I use are listed below:

#1: Stabil fuel stabilizer
#2: Lucas Upper Cylinder Lube
#3: Seafoam

Those were the only ones that Dateline found to be affective and do what they are advertised to do. Dateline did an investigation on the fuel saving devices back when fuel prices were extremely high and it was shocking. I've tried to look for that specific show on youtube but nothing comes up.

Snake oil and the claim that it soaks into the metal is just to funny for words.
If it was a good product all manufacturers would recommend it.
