to me the needle isn't as bad as waiting for the nurse/doc to prep it lol i hate watching them press the air out & prime the tip lol

I'm not a huge fan of needles either. My professor is passionate about donating blood (says he's currently working on his 6th gallon) and gives extra credit to those who go and donate. I may have to nut up and go.

Nope - just have a VERY aggressive neuro muscular disease that apparently no doctor has ever seen - they all agree I got a major problem but they don't know how to stop it. I have almost no muscle on my back or over the top of my arms (shoulder) area - what muscle I have left is turning to mush. Right now its just my upper body but it is starting on my hips now. I have been stuck so many times that its no making me worse and they won't give me anymore pain meds because they are affraid it will stop my heart or lungs since they are now affected!
