x2^ way too much labor!! I have a good friend that very good at this stuff and never had a problem with him and a lot cheaper than ford!!!!!!!!!

I also have a good friend that is multi talented and just last night sent him a email and ask him if he would be interested in taking care of it for me but haven't heard back...One thing about him if he does it it is done right...Only problem is everybody knows his work and he is always covered up with stuff to do and also works as a maintenance mechanic where I worked..

Update:Just got home from getting the Cam sync and sensor changed at the Mom&Pop repair shop up the road from me..Truck runs perfect ....Ask the owner what do I owe you he said awe about $30 ought to cover it as it didn't take long...So it ended up costing right at $150 including Motorcraft parts and their labor....I am shickled titless...
