I had an interview at a company before Thanksgiving, and I was told "You'll hear back next week regardless". I still haven't received any phone call.

yup it's really aggrivating. i send out tons of applications too and rarely hear back from any of them, on all of them i put my home phone as the best way to contact me. so far the univirsity has called my cell and sent me two E-mails. however the Emails were sent by a differant HR person than the one that originally called me so hopefully she's better at her job than the other

I love that the mods and or admins of this site just randomly delete threads and posts as they see fit. And close threads for no apparent reason and can apparently offer up no explanation.
