screw Wells Fargo!!!!!

So here is the scenario I get direct depoist on th 15th and 30th. So this I check my account this morning and see my account is lower then it should be. I look and have a series of overdrafts totalling 490 bucks. I get to looking and my check posted on the 16th cuz of the holiday well I used my card once on the 15th which they charged me a fee for. Well how can they take monday out but not put it in? I look further and all the money and junk I spent over the weekend came out before my check posted so I was neg over some transactions and kept getting all these fees. then my check post minus all the fees they already took out which was in the already plus we had money in there left over which woulda covered us for the weekend. We called and they said they cant do anything about it! If i figure it all up with my check posted first thing on the 16th I did overdraft by 3.55 which if they wana ding me a fee for sucks but its alot better then $450 worth of fees. Am i being retarded on my logic here?

I dont even want to start telling the stories with Wells Fargo

They held our home mortgage at one point and also another loan of some sort.

After many issues with them screwing us over. I demanded they not be out mortgage company anymore. We ended up refinancing. Only had been paying for 1.5 years so no big deal

I thought it was a FEDERAL LAW that all deposits are posted before any withdrawls?

Also, with DIRECT DEPOSIT if it lands on a weekend, it's posted the Friday before TTBOMK....????

I'd personally be jumpin up & down on somebodies desk, but that's just me..............

Hey Chad! This is a small part of what the banks got when Bush deregulated the industry. They ARE allowed to hit your account with one or two larger ones that will clear, causing all the smaller ones to overdraft. There are two things you can do; call Wells Fargo and demand to be taken off their automatic overdraft. They can STILL snake your money, but under a more limited rule. Second, switch your accout to a small local bank or CU. Ask them for a savings with debit account-you'll never overdraft again.
This sneaky back door attack is how the big banks are paying back the money WE gave them. I hope next time, we let them fail.

Yeah my wife called waited on hold for 15 minutes just for them to say they could not talk to her because she capped in and used my debit card number to access the account she is my wife and it is a joint account in both our names which pissed me off to start then they told her that they would not do nothing about it and we could talk to another department bout setting up payments. Wtf!!!!!!!! We going in there with all our statements and what not tomorrow to duke it. I already have a lawyer not for this but for whatever wills and shot so if need be I will call him its through work so it doesn't cost me shit

I worked for a community bank for 2 years. Saw this all the time. the thing was, because we were smaller, if we had a relationship with the customer, we could help you out. Sometimes banking with such a big bank isn't the best idea...on a side note, my mortgage is with Well's Fargo and no I'm not a big fan of them either!

Our house payment was due the 1st every month if it was the 3rd they were calling asking if we were gonna make the payment. They even called on Saturday and Sunday. They called at 8am and even around 9pm

Wow thats almost harrassment. Mine is due on the 1st, late by the 16th. Haven't had a problem yet. I usually get them a check by the 5th or so.

I was set back a few weeks from filing my taxes though because they sent the tax info about my mortgage out late. O well. finally got it yesterday.

I had a car loan through them before and they sucked but this was a few years later and I wanted to change banks and my wifes parents nagged us till we went there thinking they had changed and not a bit we gona go to a credit union

There was once or twice we had to make the payment around the 10th or so.

They call like 2-3 times a day asking when payment will be made. Tell them no later than the 16th. Most places have a "grace period". They told us they have no grace period all debts are due the first day of the month.
