They went bankrupt years ago and were able to emerge by forming a "new company" and most don't realize it, but KMart owns Sears, and not the other way around. The "new" company created was Sears Holdings, and that is one reason KMart carries appliances and also a limited amount of Craftsman tools.

My wife works Mon - Thurs 8 -5 and rotates Friday or Sat. and works 9 - 6. Because of traffic and weather, she typically arrives home an hour after her shift ends, so I don't expect her for at least another hour. Luckily, she doesn't have too far to go, but it involves a hop on the freeway.
Kmart is the only store where I could get stuff like earbuds, or gen. stuff. I could go to Eureka (10 miles away) and go to Target, the mall, a lot of stores to get stuff but I'd be burning a gallon just to go there. I'm not too crazy about Kmart, its just whats here.

Is that a Craftsman? My Dad bought one in the early 80's that is big like that, and it is still going. Not much to look at because it is rusted, but it definitely makes it easy to clean up after a storm.

Nice. Husqvarna? I had bought a Poulan before this one, but the plastic piece at the bottom of the chute kept breaking. Took it back and got the MTD and haven't had a problem since.

Yeah, I know what you mean, and the great thing about where I live in the suburbs is that we have everything here. I can head into any direction and find what I need. Ironically, one of my favorite places is the drugstore chain Walgreens because if I only need one or two things I can go there and their prices are reasonable. I did learn that there house batteries are crap.

No this is an Ariens the King of Snow! lol I had an MTD before this one, had a great engine but the rest of it fell apart. Had a few years on it though, ran like a champ.
