I wanted one until this douchebag came by....But Id just use mine when people that cant drive got infront of me. Like when people come to a complete stop on the highway, just to let a car on.

IDK, I could hear the guy a few minutes before I saw him...at first I thought it was a train, because we can still hear their horns from the tracks a few miles away....but it kept getting louder and more erratic.
