If it's over charging maybe but that's what fuses are for to stop that from happening, if it's just not charging or barely charging then no your battery will just drain faster

aint it a little hard to find toppers for a longbed id like to have a nice lightweight one only use for campin nfishin.

makes sense hey tho i can switch alts right cuz i have two diffrent plugs one for smaller amped alt n one for larger amped if i put a sound system in with amp n 10's would larger alt be good idea.

Yes the larger would be better less chance of lights dimming and stuff when the musics up

Not only that, but the more constant you can keep your voltage, the less wear and tear on all the electronics... especially the computer.

cool but ive heard that larger alt overheats the 2.9l engine but if has air cond its what your suposed to use.
