DieHard4rd...nice truck. So much added to it already. Mine has almost 69,000KMS on it...a little over 40,000 miles. I couldn't afford to do much to it till this year other than using full synthetic oil. As far as the poor Hitler goes....that movie Downfall is great and raised a lot of shit in Germany and elsewhere because it showed a kinder, likeable guy early on. The Swiss actor who portrayed him also suffered such criticism. But from what I've read this was a good re-enactment of the last days in the bunker in Berlin. I don't need anyone telling me otherwise...I've got a shitload of things from those times. PS: I'm not a Nazi...though you would think so if you saw my place....my dad fought in the CDN army at Caen,France post D-Day landings. But I'm old enough to have grown up with an interest in that time. Me-109's,Jagdpanther,Sturmtiger,Panzerfaust,Spitfire, P-51,Volksturm,etc.,...I know what they are and played with models of such as a kid. Politically incorrect now here in Canada...we kids played WAR often with now banned toy guns. I've been to the Eagles Nest and the Zeppelin field in Nuremburg, etc.

lol, The guy looked alot older than Hitler really was. I never saw the movie, but you know it pissed alot of people off with such a controversial topic.
I'll have to put it on my list of movies I need to watch.

Besides his actual age...stress would probably make him look older. To me I think the Swiss actor looks like mid 50's...mind you I'm almost there myself!..so I have a different perspective than someone your age.

Another movie seldom seen over here sadly is the Soviet Epic...'Come and See'..made around 1983-5. It is quite long and different than how Western movies are made..quite artistic in the early parts before the horror of war comes. You won't find it just anywhere. I bought it and imported it directly from Russia.
Here is a poor quality clip from You Tube..some others there as well. They don't do justice to it...the DVD is a set of 2 with lots of extras...and many language choices....and a good picture.
