Here you go. This is the latest and best of 4 I made and posted here. The others are filler..although I did modify them a bit. This one shows you Stratford mostly from the front view of my Ranger. There is a close up of a veterans grave..that's my dad.

For sure they are great....and they keep busy eating bugs..what's wrong with that?

Here we have our own once a year bug killer..4 months of WINTER....I'd trade that for a 1,000 Anoles any day.

I love winter and all...but I also love reptiles/amphibians more...Always wanted to live somewhere they are everywhere. We got them here, but mostly toads and snakes...You might see a skink or two every now and then...but they are gone by october and you dont see them again till about May...

Same here Cole..toads,snakes. Ever see a Mud Puppy? a rare sight..a really big ugly slimy salamander like thing.

Yeah, only seen one. Wanted to take it home but it was on a camping trip and I didnt have anywhere to keep it till I could get it home. I used to do that a lot as a kid. Mostly with snapping turtles and red eard sliders...Did catch a softshell turtle one time...That thing was cool as fuck.

That's great! Snapping Turtle..now that's one mean ***cker. Full grown and biting a big toe with death grip they could drown a person I would imagine.

Only caught one that was big...about as round as a soccer ball...Caught it on a fishing line. Was a bitch trying to get my hook back cause it kept bringing its head around trying to get at my hand holding it down. Most of them were juviniles we would catch.

gnarly lookin little guys...and fun to feed...they tear the shit out of minows.



Cougars are super rare...mostly bobcats...Never seen a wolf but I heard we have them...Dont think Ive heard of anyone seeing a bear in Oklahoma. Before I was born, one of my uncles shot a bobcat when he was out hunting because it was trying to get up the deerstand at him. Turns out it had cubs around. He took them to my mom and she tried to raise them, but only one survived and she had it for something like 10 years...It died when I was 2.

and they have a neck that is so long they can bite far back...holding the tail you are safe but not by much.

You are young Cole. Things change a lot in 20 years..big time in urbanized areas. Oklahoma may seem like heaven in the near future. Think about that please. You could maybe stay there and establish yourself in some kind of self-employed business that will be ready for the growth that will come there.

I like it here...But sometimes you need a change in scenary...Sure Ill be back...But for now Imma go down closer to the gulf, experience another climate and some ocean wildlife. I think it will be a grand experience that Id be kicking myself in the ass if I passed up. Been here my whole life. Only place I know...Kinda wanna change that. Will definitely be posting pics when I get down there.


Will have to watch that mudpuppy vid when I get home...cant play vids at work.

That's good Cole..just some suggestions as to your future. So you are at work now? Well you should like this video when you get home. If possible crank it up some..hopefully with a sub-woofer..otherwise a little more bass(?)..super bass guitar in this one..the words quite fun too.
