So I just found out that cops go through bar parkinglots and mark car's headlights with soap so they can pull you over down the street for DUI...anyone happen to have a pic of what headlights look like when marked with soap?

Ive heard of that for parking violations, but not a bar....From what my friend says the guy is trying to fight the DUI and cry entrapment for the cop marking his headlight with soap...Ive seen dumber shit on our news so its believable...im just looking for any more proof and all Ive found is yahoo answers that says its true they can do that since it doesnt damage anything...but yahoo answers is unreliable.

my dad is a retired cop and he says its legal bc like yahoo says...it washes off/ doesnt damage anything. and does your friend really think that the gov is going to leave one of there own out in the cold? i dont think so. i dont mean to offend anyone but cops can come close to doing whatever they want as long as they do it right or not take it toooo far.
