I was in the middle of a well-lit city and I had them off for 2 blocks.

Yeah it really is... Hoover just had a cutback in "city employees" so they decided to add extra costs onto their traffic tickets to fund the people they have in office. So basically, you have to pay court costs even if you pay it before the date. They also talked to me about another cost on there, but it was so confusing that it was probably bullshit anyway.

how did you like the MP-40? ive been kicking around the idea of getting either the 40 or the 9.
