Haha... no. We don't need to moderate the site 24 hrs. We just take care of whatever needs to be taken care of, whenever it needs to be taken care of. If posts are reported whoever sees it first will respond to it and we are always talking in a staff chat area about any issues that came up or new ideas for the site. There are no set shifts or anything like that.
