Default Does anyone else get this from people?
So, I am really really into the Ranger forums, LOVE the meets, and my truck very very much, but, a lot of people just don't seam to get it. People think I'm weird and obsessive over my truck and the forums. It's weird, they just don't understand.

Anyone else get that from people? Just wondering.

i do all the time, not just in the truck, but also in the vette... some people just don't get what its about

I get it far too much. But...then again, I tend not to let the friends that are out of the automotive world even know about ranger online stuff. lol.

It's to be expected, people have different hobbies and different interest. I'm sure we all know people who have hobbies/interest they are passionate about but seem impractical to us.

I get that from a friend about my car, he doesn't get it. Then he'll have a girl over who ignores his Lincoln and drools over my car and it pisses him off. LOL.

I catch more flack (which I knew would be comin) for my Ranger's motivation, then bein into Ranger's by itself.........

But my Boss & I share the same interests, as we're both into Drag Racin, and his 86 Mustang Coupe is motivated to 6.30 ets off the trailer by a lil' 406 / PG / 10" slicks NO BOTTLE either............and the other guy in the Parts Dept is into Hot Wheels, he buys em constantly, sells some, goes to HW meets, and IMO it's nuts to spend the money he does on TRUE TOYS!

But hey, TO EACH HIS OWN!
