2006 Chevy Silverado 3500 CC LB DRW.

She has the vin code - D (LBZ) Duramax.

Mods so far:

PPE - Air Box mod (up to 75% more airflow)
Removed Turbo Silencer and capped.
EFI Live - Base tune.
Fresh TransSynd Fluid in Allison.
Switched to Shell Rotella T 15w40 oil
Switched to all WIX filters
Wix High Flow Glass filter
Steering shaft mod.
Used Fleece Diesel 64mm turbocharger
B&W Companion hitch with 30k capacity.
Removed chrome trim rings on wheels

Truck right now as it sits will pull 25-27k without a sweat! I am shooting for an end result of 45k pulling capacity.

With the mods as she sits - give her a little bit and she will roll coal (Smoke) like a slut

Basically after you use a blocker plate to block off the EGR valve, you use a finger stick strip of metal with a hole for the bolt to touch the lead to make it thing the EGR is still working properly.

nice truck, those duramax's really are one helluva powerhouse, right out of the box. we had an '06 2500 GMC, ext. cab LB Z71 with the duramax / alison combo at work, that truck was awsome! untill some ******* filled it with gas that is, they sold it after that.
