I hate the rear fender extensions on the F350's though. They look like giant aftermarket Bushwhackers.

I agree with knightmare, the new F150's look HORRIBLE with a scant few exceptions. The new Superduties look HORRIBLE with their huge obnoxious grills. The previous Fiddys and Superdutys (04-09?) looked great and of course Ford had to go and mess w/ a perfectly good thing.

The 'boxiest' late model fullsize out there that still somewhat resembles a truck is the Silverado/Sierra, which I actually like. I'd take one over a new F150 any day, unless the F150 says Raptor on it.

Nope, still as ugly and awkward looking as ever.
IMHO anyways.

The Tacoma for next year is going to be much worse. It will have basically the same interior as my wifes camry.

All I know is that GM was the only ones that had sense enough to offer a V8 in a light duty sized truck such as the Canyon/Colorado. Too bad Ford handed the light duty truck market to their competition. If Ford had done that with their ranger years ago, there's no telling how well it would've done.

I know that man. What I'm saying is Ford is wanting to try to get their gasoline engines to operate like a diesel engines do. You know with no plugs or plug wires. I just don't see that working out for them. It reminds me when Duramax tried using aluminum heads with a diesel engine back in the 90's.

X2. Imagine a Ranger that gets even worse mileage than they already do. (barring the 4 bangers) Ford stuck with the V6 and still kicked the crap out of GM in sales of small trucks until Ford pulled the plug on the Ranger. Despite what most say here about wanting a V8 in a ranger, we represent the minority of what most small truck buyers want which is utility and gas mileage, a gas guzzling V8 just doesnt fit for most.
