well i am going to loook around my town for a few month like 5 or 6 then i am looking to movin to west knox or or north somewhere around there. but i cant handle living so far away from town anymore so i wanna move closer to the interstate

dont act excited
act like you know what your doing
dont go to siging papers first thing take about a hr to think about it if you still feel the same go for it
let the possible landlords know your lookign else where
if you see a problem point it out (be like a woman on this every little thing)
ask when the last time the place was thourghly cleaned
ask abotu noisey kids, loud music, ask how many times the police have been call in the past month and y, same for ambulance, ask about theft and breakins
dress decent
ask when the rent is due if it all has to be paid at once or can payments be made
what about late rent
have a list of things you wont written down (ulities, luandry, pool, ect)
smile and be polite

No seriously. RENTERS INSURANCE, it's cheap, and in the event of a fire or something you're covered. My first appt was above a "men's health center" (read between the lines). So imagine some of the conversations I heard below.

our second one was Ranch style appt. Pretty nice.

Actually you might be able to find a house or real nice double wide mobile home for rent. Thes are built pretty well and under go stiffer inspections. That way you don't have neighbors on the other side of the drywall.
