Default Need some advice with noisy neighbors....
I bought a town home in a gated community about a year ago i didn't know this at the time but there are a lot of college kids renting in here as well and every weekend lately its beyond loud from about midnight to 4am and i have about had it its ridiculous! Thought about talking to the HOA president but i am not sure if that will send a clear message i have seriously been debating calling the cops on these kids! But i am not sure how i can go about this! And i don't want to piss anyone off either but i do like my sleep! Ugh i should of researched this place more before buying in here!

wake up early when they are still asleep and be as loud as u can be until they dont like it either

Casually stop by, and in a few minutes ask to use thier pisser. Go into the bathroom, and drop a small tiny laundromat vending machine size box of laundry soap into the back of the toilet tank AFTER you flush it, and then the next time they flush it...Soap Suds Volcano.

I live in a gated condo that has a HOA and our By Laws prohibit not only loud noise and music after 11pm and owners from renting out there units. I haven't had a problem at my place because there all Asian families that respectful and quite as church mice .
I would talk to the HOA president about the issue.

Check the HOA rules, talk to the Pres of the HOA, call the cops, then declare WAR! All in that order.
