The problem with that would be that you caused the accident and you would also be charged. Call the cops as soon as you see something like this and let the cops act on it.

I would rather be charged with causing him to wreck rather than live with the image him killing him or someone else after a head on collision at high speed. In the time it takes for the cops to be called and show up and attempt to stop them he could easily have caused several accidents.
