My dad? Lol. I've only began learning stick, of course it was on a BMW as well.

at least its on a Beemer. I was learning manual on a 1990 Nissan pickup with over 150,000 miles and toasted clutch. Then I completed my manual training on 1995 Nissan Pathfinder SE with headgasket and compression issues . I tought my fiance manual on our Mazda Miata

not to be mean but I prefer the miata over the Z3 (i never drove a z3) but from what I can tell it doesnt have the handling or the direct feel of the miata and its nose heavy. But the later years of the Z3 are a good cruising sports cabriolet

I pulled a muscle in my neck trying to acrobat my way to get the seatbelt in the miata last week so I know what you are saying
