Oh well just do that. It would be so much easier then building your own mounting system. And you could use it for a portable winch! lol

I have an 02 xlt 4.0l v6 2wd, and I'm pretty sure the keys are cranked up front, havn't checked that out yet though

----------

Is there something else I can do to help turn the 33's besides an axle swap?

Is there a huge difference in the ability to turn 32's as opposed to 33's?

----------

And I'd prolly put on a 3in bl, just a kid with a summer job, can't afford any lifts too big right now

I have a 3" lift on 31's and I'm happy with it. If I were you though I would go with 32's

And my 4:10 gears and v6 4.0l would turn 31/32's fine?

Just go 33's. 31's and 32's look so gay and small especially with a 3" body lift. 33's are the perfect size and your 4.0 will have zero problems turning them.

I'm running 33's with absolutely zero lift and I'd never go back to 31's or 32's.

Ya it would do fine. You would have good acceleration but also good highway speed

Cityslick, what gear ratio do you have? And does it rub when you turn?

31's and 32's don't look gay, why do you think so many people run them? Are you gunna lift it at all?

4.10

Absolutely zero rubbing. That's only because I didn't go wider, just taller.
I'm running 33x10.50 BFG KM2's
Also, my wheels have a back spacing of 3.75". I believe stock are 4"? So that helps a little bit as well.

In the future I'll be doing a 3" body lift and probably 33x12.50.

Unless I can find some 34's

Hell ya it rubs! I bet it he rubs going on a speed bump. What's the point of having 33's if your not even going to wheel it?

There is no way you don't rub on 33's with stock height. And the more back spacing you have the less it rubs. So if you have 3.75" of backspace then you have the stock backspacing
