No, I sit in an air conditioned office for 9-10 hours a day aside from the occasional site visit which I try to limit as much as I can. I just like to drink water all the time. That and coffee is just to damn hot for me when it is in the 90's outside. Unless I am out camping and such.

Yep that is exactly what I do. The constant water help with my back as well. I know it sounds weird.

i can't drink hot drinks when i'm in the heat for sure.
i think it's really weird that some people think that drinking hot tea when working out in the sun, will make you feel cooler...

I don't get people that drink hot shit to stay cool either.
Yeah my back is fun but from what I have found I guess the water helps keep the disks and shit lubricated. I think

Re: FRF Watercooler / BS Thread VIII
its alright Joe, the swelling is down almost completely, but its started to turn black and blue around the base of my foot, not at my ankle, which is kinda weird. I went to one of my teams games last night (they dominated btw) and it was feeling really good, but once I got home and toke my ankle brace off it started to hurt again... thanks for asking

yes, IIRC, the synovial-like fluid is similar to egg white. it will dry out as you get dehydrated. causes it deflates and spreads out a little bit - which is a bitch on nerves & spinal cord.
this is what my physical therapists say (my mom & and my sister )
