Pretty much new, it was never mounted on a vehicle. The bottom tab where it bolts on at was a little bent since it was new the person called in under warranty and got a new one, then sold
The old one that was bent to me for 40$. Couple hits with a rubber mallet It was good as new

haha, called last friday morning they said call back on monday to order -__- so I did, apparently they shipped it out then and said it'd be here by the end of the week

yeah thats what I was leaning towards most, not only are they cheaper, but I hear the have pretty nice off road performance, and they are really nice to drive on roads as well, which is what I do 75% of the time. and they look pretty sick.
