The coin slots can't even hold coins so I thought Id put it to use. I'll fill the other slots with something else one day

Got expo roof rack! Now....where to mount.
Should I just do the bars on the cab with no rails(lights on them)?
Whole thing on the topper and put the basket on it and forget lights on top because I have 4 up front?
Or whole thing on the topper then find even ANOTHER WAY to put lights on the cab?
A basket is going on this truck at sometime. And no I don't think I want to run lights all the way from the basket. So I'd like to have them on the front somehow. However lights do not have to be on there. I just think it would look very good.
