I replaced my passenger side inner bearing and race today, repacked the outer, since it looked to be a replacement already and looked good. Then get it all back together and get ready to go to my grandpas for memorial day and my radio doesn't work?????? keep in mind it worked 2 hours prior when i went to advance to get the seal for the bearing......... strangest thing...... Investigated when i got home and found a blown fuse for the radio and put a new one in and it blew as soon as i turned the key.... ohc didn't work either....... so i investigated the wires that i added for the ohc and found that when i reinstalled the kick panel after replacing some lights in my cluster that i pinched one of the wires with one of the bolts and it was shorting out(been like 5 days with no issues).. cut and reconnected with a butt splice and some tape then put all back together and still had daylight left so i disassembled the drivers side and cleaned and repacked those bearings. Thanks for the mini - how- to- Pooleo..... My first wheel bearing job went off with no issues at all!!!

I got stuck on 3 bolts when I did my wheel bearings. If I had air tools with an impact drill I could've done it but I had to take it to a shop. Next weekend Im going to try and build a manual transfer case but the shifter don't go through the floor. Or I'm gunna leave my T-Case engaged in 4HI full time and engage/disengage my manual hubs when I need 4x4
